We are an independent, ‘working’ jewellers, classically trained in jewellery repairs, alterations, restorations, hand-engraving, and bespoke design. We also offer a Valuations service.
From century old antiques, to contemporary designer jewellery, we have the mastery to repair or remake any lost, stolen or damaged jewellery in-house from our fully equipped workshop.
Our showroom is located in the heart of the West Midlands, in the mining town of Brownhills.

Our Story
Aura Jewellers is an independent ‘working’ jewellers founded in 2024 by owners, Phil and Rachel. Alongside their furry mascot, Arlo the dog.
Both are classically trained Goldsmiths, who have worked closely with insurance companies and individuals alike; from some of the largest jewellery companies in the world, to the most prestigious independent Mayfair boutiques. So from the second you walk through the door, you can rest assured you are talking to someone with specialist expertise.

That means, nothing is sent away or posted elsewhere. Your jewellery is repaired on site by experts.
Our showroom is set up with high-definition microscopes to show you on screen exactly what level of repair is needed. Using a combination of traditional techniques and modern laser welding technology, we carry out our repairs with precision, accuracy and care.
We take pride in the work that we do and like our customers to see the quality of our craftsmanship. We don’t hide our work under bright halogen lighting, instead we send our customers high-resolution photographs of the work carried out for total peace of mind. We guarantee all of our work for at least two years, but in the unlikely and unfortunate event that something isn’t quite right, we will put things right for you as a matter of urgency.
Although the foot print of our shop is modest, we have curated two cabinets of beautiful, ready-to-wear jewellery for you to browse.
For something really special, we will hand make a bespoke piece of jewellery at the bench.
