You are welcome to pop in store any time to discuss your jewellery needs.
Our opening times are Tuesday – Saturday, 8am - 4pm.
At Aura Jewellers, we don’t hire retail staff. Our team is made up of highly skilled Goldsmiths with years of experience in the jewellery industry. When you book an appointment, you are booking an allotted time slot with one of the Goldsmiths, who can offer invaluable knowledge and expertise to best advise you.
For custom made, memorial jewellery, remodelling or hand engraving, it is advisable to book an appointment with one of our Goldsmiths to discuss any initial inspirations and design ideas.
For all other jewellery repairs, we will sit down with you to thoroughly inspect your jewellery using state of the art microscopes, where you can see in the finest detail on a high-definition screen exactly what level of repair is required.
